1. Practical experience in relevant sectors
2. Holding an NBR Professional qualification

Membership levels reflect your experience and status:

1. Associate (AMnbR)
– Less than 2 years of experience in entry-level or supervisory management
– NBR Professional Qualification Level 5 Diploma or equivalent
– Can upgrade to Member level after 1 year with evidence of Continuing Professional Development (CPD)
2. Member (MnbR)
– More than 3 years of experience in management or senior management
– NBR Qualification Level 6 Diploma or equivalent, or a relevant Honours degree
3. Fellow (FnbR)
– Highest grade, by invitation only
– Reserved for senior members who have made significant contributions to the organization or industry

– Once assessed, you’ll receive guidance on upgrading your membership level if applicable.
– Professional Membership is valid for 12 months and requires annual renewal.
